TM Mobile Detailing uses information you provide to respond to vehicle-detailing inquiries, prepare quotes, and arrange services.

Information we collect and use

When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, vehicle details, service requests, messages, and photos. We use this information to assess your vehicle, respond to your request, and manage the business. Website hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Owner notification texts

The automated SMS notification program is for the business owner only. It sends alerts about incoming photo-quote requests. Customer quote requests do not enroll customers in automated text messages.

For owner alerts, we process the owner's phone number, consent record, and message delivery information. Cloudflare provides website and application hosting, and Twilio provides SMS delivery. These providers process information as needed to operate the service.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers to deliver the requested services, or disclosed when required by law. Do not include sensitive documents or unrelated personal information in vehicle photos.
